  20. Try upgrading to WFW 3.11, that should eliminate the need for pctcpapi.dll.
  21. pctcpapi.dll, if I remember right, is a dll used by UBNETAPI.EXE or a simelar 
  22. tcp/ip TSR.  When I upgraded to WFW 3.11, I no longer had to use the TSR and
  23. the error message you mention went away.

  57. I have 16 meg ram in my machine and I'm having no more luck than you
  58. are.  My next step is going to be to test WinMosaic on a machine
  59. running the Trumpet winsock instead of FTP Corps, just to see if that
  60. makes a difference.  David
