- Try upgrading to WFW 3.11, that should eliminate the need for pctcpapi.dll.
- pctcpapi.dll, if I remember right, is a dll used by UBNETAPI.EXE or a simelar
- tcp/ip TSR. When I upgraded to WFW 3.11, I no longer had to use the TSR and
- the error message you mention went away.

- I have 16 meg ram in my machine and I'm having no more luck than you
- are. My next step is going to be to test WinMosaic on a machine
- running the Trumpet winsock instead of FTP Corps, just to see if that
- makes a difference. David
